Wanted to get some ice cream from not a usual chain place and decided to stop in here. My family and I really enjoyed the ice cream and milkshake we got. I got praline and bearclaw flavored ice cream. It had great taste and flavor. The cashier there, think her name was Faith was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Stopped by here for Black Friday weekend as the storefront is very visually appealing. The working crew on Friday were fantastic, prompt, and offered replacements when other customers walked away with me and my friends' hot chocolate. Isaiah in particular was very friendly and knowledgable. He was able to explain gelatos versus ice cream in a way that easy to understand. He also offered samples. This made making a decision that much easier. I purchased a small in the Red Velvet Ice Cream. Terrific customer service; whoever trains these employees are doing a great job.

It's Great! A nice old-school candy shop. Not trying to be anything's it's not. Being true to yourself is something I learned from a young age by being saturated with Barbie movies. The ice cream and caramel apples were great. One of the ice creams was a bit icy looking, but that's understandable. Nobody's buying ice cream in 40 degree weather. Nobody's but me and the other couple in the store. We are the real ones.

A couple weeks ago I went into River Sweet Treats for the very first time. I visited the Lancaster, Pennsylvania location. I was looking for a valentines gift for somebody special. They didn’t yet have their valentine displays available, but that did not stop them. Nicole was absolutely amazing as she used her creativity to make me a gift basket for my loved one. It was so impressive. She was so beyond kind, as was everyone in the store. It made the entire experience an extra sweet treat not only for me, but my loved one. I highly recommend a visit to their stores, especially the Lancaster location.

Stopped here on our way to Hersheys Chocolate Factory. If you love sweets, chocolates or ice cream, this place is heaven. Well organized and great staff. All of us had ice creams and they were all great!

We walked into the store like 5 minutes before closing time on the last day of Christmas shopping and expected to be turned away. We loved the look of the store and everything was so pretty, we were surprised to see so many selections of sweets and were even more surprised by the nostalgic brands of candy that reminded us of our childhood. We were greeted with a smile right away but when we got towards the back of the store, Isaiah was working in one of the chocolate sections. He greeted us with a big smile and offered us a sample, he had his manager reopen his register so that we could purchase everything he suggested and our kids loved the surprises. We did not expect to have such an experience at a candy store but Isaiah made our shopping trip magical. My husband, who is a quadriplegic, could not believe that young men like Isaiah still existed and he was very impressed by his kindness and attentive demeanor. This store is definitely worth a trip if you are in the area!
